The generator works within room-adjacency logic, natural-light orientation, plumbing-stack grouping for kitchens and bathrooms, and basic load-bearing and span consideration. The goal is layouts that are genuinely buildable and sensible to construct — not just arrangements that look nice on screen.
No — and we want to be plain about that. Flake RealTech is a concept and visualization tool. It does not produce stamped, code-compliant construction documents, and it does not replace the structural sign-off of a licensed architect or engineer. Use it to decide what to build; use a professional to finalize how it gets built.
You can download floor plans and render images in standard formats suitable for sharing and for handing to a professional. On the Build plan, you also receive a print-ready 3D model file for scale-model printing.
Each plan includes a set number of generations and regenerations per month. Explore is the most limited; Design and Build raise the ceiling significantly. Your current usage is always visible in your workspace.
The generator handles a wide range of residential plot sizes, from compact urban infill to larger suburban plots. Extremely large or unusually complex sites may produce fewer viable options — in those cases we'd suggest bringing an architect in earlier.
Physical models are produced by a manufacturing partner once your design is finalized. Turnaround and shipping times depend on model size and destination; you'll see an estimate and cost before you confirm any order.
The Interior Mood Studio offers a curated set of styles — minimalist, warm-wood, coastal, modern-industrial, biophilic and more — applied per room to your actual layout. It's designed for guided exploration rather than pixel-level art direction of every surface.
Plot details and generated designs are tied to your account and used to produce your outputs. We don't sell your project data. You can remove projects from your workspace, and full details are covered in our privacy terms.
Subscription plans can be cancelled to stop future billing. Physical model orders, because they're custom-manufactured, follow a separate policy that's shown to you before you confirm the order.
Yes. The Build plan includes a multi-project workspace with team and client sharing, so agents and developers can keep separate plots, listings, and concepts organized side by side.
